This weekend was like the lull before the storm. We are planning some good action this coming long weekend. Fingers crossed that we can actually make it!!! Lets see. The hot sun in Bangalore has already made the summer intolerable, and it has barely begun!
I stayed well within calorie range this weekend, and there was no calorie splurge whatsoever. The scale is staying the same and I guess persistence is the only key to my success. While I have been fairly regular on the 30DS- level 2 last week, running took a back seat, primarily because I really have not been feeling upto it. This morning, however, I awoke pretty refreshed and pain free. I might just head out early to run tomorrow. Lets see.
Otherwise we were home, had quality Chittu time and I even made a jar of spiced tomato jam with jaggery instead of sugar. I loved how it turned out and am also finding this new healthy-tasty cooking pretty challenging! Thats big considering I totally hated the act of cooking a couple of years ago.
