still fat but exercising

life has been pretty hectic with little queen, which is what I will call the new born here. Days and nights seem to be all rolled into one and days are just flying past. The great thing about having baby no. 2 is that you know what the best parts of it are and its kinda fun to have both a girl and a boy.

So I am managing the cooking along with the kids, with some employed help of course! While I can say I have almost completely eliminated processed food from my diet, I still am yet to see any luck on the scale. I exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days a week and 45 on some lucky days.

Why I am not losing weight is a mystery I'd really like to solve. After a lot of cribbing, I have decided that until I ca bite the bullet on my diet restricting to 1500 Cals a day, I am not going to fret about weight loss or rather my weight gain. I am very distraught about it, but can't do much for now. Here are my favourite exercise options:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uNrqrk2xcAo - cardio by fitness blender
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-rnB9rDRrCM Walk at home with Leslie Sansone
Work outs from an app called Fit Woman.

While my most favourite is the walk at home series, the Fit woman app gives me 13 minute workout that is totally doable. 13 minutes can get no excuses, right? So yes that's it for now. I will continue to exercise more for the endorphins than weight loss for now.

Thanks to all those who gave me support on my bfing issues. I am still working on it.

How are things in your parts?
