Yes. Let's stop the whining and get on with life.
So many things have improved. Remember the trek last week, and the jeans you wore? You could not have done it some months ago. And running on the treadmill? Remember the time you were immobile after the dual fracture and were huge? Like a mammoth? Things are far far better now.
Oh! And how about being able to have so much better control over the sweets? Yesterday was a proud moment, wasn't it? When you passed the puris and sweets at the wedding banquet?
So life is better, and the scale will show you love soon. Don't fret! Move on!
