Ah! Glorious weekend, I extend the warmest ever welcome to you. Seriously, I was craving a weekend on Tuesday itself!
This week was a hectic one in terms of official tension, personal stress, visitors and also my health. I realised that I had alscked off the medication, since I found that I was feeling better, and therefore was slid back into bad health. I am continuing the prescription meds and am feeling better.
Right now, I am simply going to focus on staying fit and not gaining weight if possible. I find myself resorting to sugary foods in times of stress and do have to work on that.
Meanwhile I will leave you with some picture we took at a dinner outside recently. The place was the Higher Taste, at ISKCON temple, Bangalore, and I fell in love. Besides missing the Scientist throughly, I've made a mental note that we shall go back there again!
